How long does it take to charge an electric car at home?
Charge times for electric cars at home can vary, based on the equipment you have. Level 1 involves plugging your car into a 120V grounded outlet in your garage. Level 2 involves the purchase and professional installation of a 240V charger, but this method can be ten times as fast as Level 1.
